I am an artist, writer, and teacher. Having studied for an undergraduate degree in maths, I went on to study for a Masters in art history, followed by a doctoral dissertation where I made important discoveries about the role of perception in art. I am currently working on a number of publictions on visual perception in painting.
Aside from my work in science and art, I have worked for a number of years in finance, giving me a wide understanding of the role of maths in industry. I have also studied for a number of teaching qualifications, including a PGCE in Further Education, a qualification for teaching online, and a Teaching English as a Foreign Language qualification (CELTA).>
